ACHTUNG BABY! is proud to announce the compilation featuring our friends and comrades from all over the globe. Its main goal is to make a gift for the artists and people, who supported us in our work during the time of existence of our project.

"TEN YEARS OF MADNESS (BEHIND THE IRON CURTAIN)", a special double tape (2MC) edition limited to 333 numbered copies with A5 cover and detail booklet containing a brief description for each of participants, card and other unusually inserts is OUT NOW (April, 15 1999) and was presented in the one of Russian popular underground clubs. "Ten Years of Madness" is a title of sound scroll dedicated to ten year anniversary one of the first independent projects in Russian media - ACHTUNG BABY! (1988-1998) as "ten year of idealism, addiction for strange, extreme cultures in sounds, prints and pictures" (Donna Klemm, Artware Audio, Germany) in the vein of extreme sound ideologies, death ambient-industrial claustrophoby, dark sacrifices of the ancient apocalyptic and neo-classic rituals, and strained reflexions in the Millennium' eve. 19 sound projects from 11 countries: Germany, Sweden, Italy, Britain, Japan, Australia, Belgium, Island, Serbia, Russia and USA.
